"Safe Roads" in Bologna and Modena

Patrols of the Italian Army used in the "Safe Roads" Operation and framed in the "Emilia Romagna-Marche" Group, intervened on the evening of the 28 April, in the cities of Bologna and Modena, in competition with the Police Forces to guarantee public safety .

In particular, in the city of Bologna the soldiers of the 121 ° "Ravenna" Regiment stopped two individuals about to illegally break into a state-owned area.

The suspects were thus identified, but they were already reported for illegal occupation of public land.

In the city of Modena, however, the patrol was informed by passers-by of the presence of two individuals of foreign nationality who verbally railed against two girls.

The military, employed as garrison of the Synagogue, unable to leave the control area, promptly alerted the Police Forces who arrived and identified the individuals reported.
