The autumn camp for the marshal students of the XXVI "Fermezza" course at the "Comprensorio Persano" shooting range has ended.
The training carried out began the professional growth path of the first-year marshal students, aimed at developing their basic knowledge and skills for living, moving and fighting, motivation, sense of duty, military ethics, spirit of service, formality, physical condition, resistance to stress factors and determination to achieve the assigned task.
As part of the three-year training process, the training is structured progressively, starting from the basics and then reaching higher training objectives, according to the principle of increasing complexity, which will allow the marshal to learn and automate the technical-tactical procedures at squad and platoon level and build their technical command and leadership skills.
