Three MCM (Military Combat Method) instructors, have successfully completed the attendance of two courses at the US Army Combatives School in Ft. Benning (GA). The three graduates, MCN 3 level instructors and effective students at the 187 ° Folgore Paratrooper Regiment respectively attended the Tactical Combatives Course and Combatives Master Trainer Course.

Attendance at the courses allowed the personnel of the Armed Forces (chief corporal chosen Antonio Citi, major corporal chosen Alessio Loni and the 1 ° caporal major Claudio Sanna) to learn the new techniques adopted by the US Army in hand-to-hand combat, with and without equipment, initiating an exchange of mutual knowledge with US instructors in order to increase interoperability between the two Armed Forces in the field of combatives.

This initiative, so far initiated by very few Armies in the world, has made it possible to further enrich the professional background of the three MCM instructors, perfect the national training programs based on the lessons learned at Fort Benning while creating a network of interpersonal relationships that will facilitate future information exchanges between the Combatives School and national training bodies for the Military Combat Method.

The three are the first Italians to graduate Master Trainer in the combat method adopted by the US Army, obtaining the qualification with the highest score. As confirmation, they were also awarded the title of "Honor Graduate" precisely because of the results achieved.
