Memorandum of understanding between the Friuli division and the military corps of the Red Cross

At the "Predieri" barracks in Florence, today, the national inspector of the Italian Red Cross Military Corps (CRI), General Gabriele Lupini, and the commander of the Friuli division, General Flaviano Godio, have signed a memorandum of understanding, aimed at to regulate the relationships of collaboration between the military body of the CRI and the division.

In particular, the military corps of the CRI will undertake, in carrying out auxiliary health training services (Basic Life Support courses, Basic Life Support Defibrillation, first aid, Combat Stress, Combat Medic), to provide the military of the division with adequate health preparation base to be used both for the protection of health and safety in the workplace, and in operational and emergency situations.

In return, the "Friuli" division will carry out basic training activities for military personnel of the Corps with the aim of instructing, training and updating such personnel on the regulations and procedures envisaged in the armed force.
