Memorandum of understanding between the Military Geographical Institute and CRI

Today an agreement has been signed between the Military Geographical Institute and the Red Cross which will have considerable importance at the local level. The memorandum of understanding, the general of the Agostino Biancafarina division, commander of the Military Geographic Institute and the major general Gabriele Lupini, national inspector of the Military Corps of the CRI, signed the memorandum of understanding.

The aim is to create a relationship of collaboration between the parties aimed at the mutual exchange within the institutional services of each body related to the staff health and training support services. In detail, the Military Corps of the CRI will ensure the specialized cardiology activity at the IGM Poliambulatorio and guarantee the carrying out of basic health training courses (BLS, BLSD), in favor of the staff of the IGM, at the School Superior of Geographical Sciences.

The IGM will undertake to extend the specialist diagnostic services of its Clinic to all the actual personnel of the Military Corps CRI, also guaranteeing the implementation of health training courses related to occupational medicine and geo-topography.
