The "Monfenera" barracks in Cagliari, headquarters of the 151st infantry regiment, yesterday hosted the ceremony of greeting to the soldiers of the "Sassari" brigade who from April to October will be used for the first time in the UNIFIL mission (United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon), the United Nations multinational interposition force in southern Lebanon.
The ceremony, which took place in the presence of the highly decorated war flag of the 151 infantry regiment "Sassari", was attended by the commander of the 2 command of the defense forces, general of corps Luigi Luigi De Leverano and the highest authorities civil, religious and military of the city, province and island.
