Sant'Anastasia (NA), at the headquarters of the School of Professional Training ACIIEF (Italian Cultural Association of Teachers and Family) of Sant'Anastasia in Naples, took place the ceremony of delivery of the certificates of qualification of the course "Guardia Giurata".

"In this historical and social moment in which there is great need of security in all areas of civil life, even to visit a museum - said the director of ACIIEF, Dolores Cuomo - we are sure that these young people, well trained, will find definitely a job opening: Compared to the past few years, the discharged volunteers have done a longer and more demanding educational path. "

This important training project was carried out by the Army Military Command "Campania", in collaboration with the ACIIEF School in the period between September and December 2014. The funds were financed by the Office for Support for the professional relocation of discharged volunteers, inserted within the General / National Directional Secretariat of Armaments of the Ministry of Defense.

"In a period characterized by a strong labor market crisis - declared Lieutenant Colonel Domenico Russo, Head of the Employment Division and Euroformation and Professional Orientator, - the Ministry of Defense, once again, has put in place a substantial measure to provide volunteers from Campania participating in the project "Employment Opportunities", in a tangible way, a valuable contribution to a relocation in the world of work, nowadays increasingly difficult ".

The professional training course, taken from the catalog of the educational offer of the Campania Region, lasting well 400 hours, saw the participation of 40 Volunteers, of which 5 women, dismissed without demerit from the Army, Navy and Aeronautics. During this course, various specialization modules were carried out, including law, current legislation on private security, operational skills, stress management, rules of behavior and use of technical equipment.

The main objective of the course was to provide participants with an opportunity to work reintegration in specific contexts, using the skills of the military functions learned during active service, integrated with those acquired through the training course.

Currently, in Italy (XIVUMX-ASSIV Observatory on Subsidiary and Complementary Security), about 2011 private security firms are operative and some of them, engaged for the Milan EXPO, have already contacted many of these new professionals for an interview of work.
