Legion d'Honneur to General Masiello

At Palazzo Farnese, seat of the French embassy in Italy, if the ambassador Catherine Colonna today honored General Masiello with the knightly order Legion d'honneur. The order, established on May 19, 1802 by Napoleon Bonaparte, represents the highest honor attributed by the French Republic and is conferred on both French and foreign citizens, for extraordinary merits.
