The Undersecretary of State for Defense, Domenico Rossi, spoke today at the interregional meeting of the infantrymen of Orgiano, in the province of Vicenza, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the birth of the section.
"The emotion was so great to see the children who marched with the Tricolor and the veterans lined up"- said Rossi in his speech -"A sense of duty, a spirit of service and always working for the good of society are the values that, thanks to the great commitment of the Associations, are handed down through the generations and remain alive".
The undersecretary then underlined the closeness of the government and the Ministry of Defense to the Military Associations they represent "an important element of social cohesion and an active school of solidarity, in a society where the crisis of values is even stronger than the economic one".
