The Multinational Cimic Group in Slovenia

Poljče, the 22th took place from the 24 to the 24 September coordinating committee of the Multinational Cimic Group, a multinational event that involved representatives of Italy, Slovenia, Romania, Greece, Hungary and Portugal, or the nations that contribute to the establishment of the pool of specialized personnel working within the MNCG.

The main contribution to the meeting was offered by the Italian component who illustrated, with a briefing directed by Colonel Liberato Amadio, commander of the MNCG, the main operational and training activities of the Unit, the contribution to doctrine through the lessons learned from the various operational theaters and the training offer in civil-military cooperation aimed at NATO and non-NATO partner countries.

The important conference, presided over by Brigadier General Bojan POGRAJC (Slovenian Army), also saw the participation of Colonel Roel Been (Dutch Army), director of CIMIC Center Of Exellence by Den Haag (Holland), which wanted to underline the level of excellence achieved in the field of civil-military cooperation.

In April of the 2016 in Motta di Livenza (TV), the leadership of the multinational assembly will pass to a general officer of the Greek armed forces.
