The army corps general Mauro Moscatelli handed over the task to division general Agostino Biancafarina, thus ending the active service after a long career started at the Nunziatella Military School.
During his intervention, the Army Chief of Staff stressed the merits and importance of the activities conducted by General Moscatelli, from the one in favor of the Army housing heritage in the Lazio region which allowed a remarkable recovery, both in terms of of the number of lodgings as well as of financial resources, to the effective command action, supported by the decisive contribution offered by the collaborators which has made it possible to lay solid foundations on which to continue the work of reorganization of the entire, delicate territorial division of the Army.
The Capital Military Command is the command that also coordinates activities related to Recruitment, Completion Forces and Promotion and Public Information on the national territory.
