For the first time, a non-commissioned officer of the Italian Army, the first marshal Massimo Pizzolla, Instructor at the Non Commissioned Officer Leadership Center of Excellence/Sergeant Mayor Academy (NCOLCOE/SGM-A), received the “Hall of Fame” at the Command Leadership Department (DCL).
The recognition, established on June 26, 2009, is dedicated to providing a prestigious and visible appreciation to personnel who have distinguished themselves for their professional, human and capable qualities in the international arena.
