The ceremony was attended by the deputy commander of the high command of Padua, general of division Gianfranco Rossi, the civil and military authorities of the city and the president of the National Association of Venezia Giulia Dalmatia (ANVGD) Prof. Italia Jacket. There were numerous banners of the Combat and Weapon Associations as well as the banners of the province, the municipality and the University of Padua, the only Italian university decorated with a gold medal for military valor.
