The military employed in the specific service of prevention and contrast of the bonfires of waste and illicit conduct under the "pact for the land of fires", together with the military of the weapon intervened, blocked the three immediately after setting a fire to the road margins.
The combustion involved special waste of various types previously collected, differentiated and stored in that site, pending removal by the staff of the municipality of Casal di Principe.
The flames were tamed by the Firemen of Aversa (CE).
The arrested, however, have been subjected to house arrest pending the celebration of the direct judgment before the competent judicial authorities.
