The area made it possible to lodge and restore more than 200 between athletes and organizers of the important sporting event, which began on Friday 13 June. The military also ensured, through the use of the vehicles supplied with the 132 ^ "Ariete" armored brigade, the transportation of health care during the various stages of the race. The ultra-modern vehicle rotated "Lince" has instead led the way, tracing the path for the athletes involved in the "100 kilometers" among the Magredi Pordenone.The participation of military assets, in addition to having provided an important training opportunity to the logistics components used, it was a further tool to seal the already strong existing ties with the Pordenone community.
The event appeared to be of great interest for the image of the army and, in particular, of the 132 wagon regiment based in Cordenons which, in addition to overseeing the supports provided to the organization, took part in the ultramarathon with an officer and a non-commissioned officer enrolled in the three-day race among the magredi and ranked respectively 31 ° and 34 ° on 149 participants.
