French-Italian exercise on the Monti della Luna

The ascent to the Saurel symbolically ended a cycle of numerous training activities that the Alpini of the Taurinense brigade have shared in the last two years with the Chasseurs of the 27 ^ .It is the last joint activity of the first half of September, which saw the alpini del 3 ° regiment at the top of Viso Mozzo with the Chasseurs of the 27 ^ brigade.

The Italian-French brigade command (Non Standing Bi-National Brigade Command - NSBNBC) is a mixed unit, not permanent but readily usable, based on the Taurinense and 27 ^ French mountain infantry brigade.

It is a flexible, mobile, modular and expandable military structure, which can carry out missions within the United Nations, NATO and the European Union, and can also take the lead role in the initial deployment of a larger contingent. The Italian-French brigade command, in the Italian-guided configuration, it will obtain validation during an exercise in Bracciano (RM) from 3 to 14 Novembre, which will certify its full operational capability.
