Upon his arrival he was received by the commander of the NRDC – ITA, the army corps general Giorgio Battisti, who had just returned from Salento where the “Eagle Joker 14” exercise ended, an activity in which 14 took part countries of the Atlantic Alliance and that has been integrated with the exercise "Virtual Flag 14", in the interforce and international named exercise "Joint Eagle 14".
General Bradshaw was updated on the development of activities that will allow the NATO command of Solbiate to reconfigure itself into Joint Task Force Headquarters (JTFHQ) with operational, as well as tactical, capabilities and with an increasing presence of navy personnel and 'air Force.
The general officer particularly appreciated the functional-logistic capabilities that the support brigade is able to provide to the NRDC-ITA command due to its unique and unique structure, compared to the remaining high readiness (HRF) commands, suitable to guarantee, with its pawns, a support adherent to the needs.
