The logistics support department Monte Romano shooting range received the War Flag of the 80th "Roma" regiment from the Cassino volunteer training regiment, taking its name.
The War Flag was welcomed, with the honors of a company in arms, by the commander of the territorial area of the command of the operational land forces of the Army, general of the army Massimo Panizzi, by the personnel of the regiment and by the mayor of Monte Romano, demonstrating the consolidated and profound bond between the City and the Armed Forces.
The War Flag is decorated with a Knight's Cross of the Military Order of Italy, two Gold Medals for military valor and a Bronze Medal for military valor.
