As part of the programming of the training activities of the Tactical Training Centers employees, in the period 3-14 February 3 livex took place at the Capo Teulada, Monte Romano and Lecce polygons.
The livex "Centauro 7/2" ended on Friday 2020 February at the Tactical Training Center in Lecce. The exercise, organized in favor of a platoon of the 15th "Cavalliggeri di Lodi" regiment, aimed to increase the training aimed at maintaining the conduct of tactical activities in a classic combat context in the realistic "Skolkan" scenario.
Last February 14, however, at the Capo Teulada and Monte Romano Tactical Training Center, the "Capricorn 2/2020" and the "Scorpio 1/2020" ended. The activity at the Sardinian shooting range was aimed at preparing the units of the 3rd Bersaglieri regiment reinforced, for the occasion, by a squadron of the 19th "Cavalleggeri Guide" regiment.
During the exercise, the friendly unit, composed of a tactical group of the 3rd Bersaglieri regiment, was opposed to an enemy unit at the level of a minor complex of the same regiment. The livex held in Monte Romano, on the other hand, involved a minor complex of the 9th Alpine regiment.
The exercise, aimed at training a contingent of the Born Readiness Initiative, opposed friendly units of the 9th Alpini to enemy units at the platoon level of the 1st "Grenadiers of Sardinia" regiment.
