From October 31 to November 7, at the Monte Romano shooting range, "Savoia Cavalleria" conducted in coordination with the 186 ° parachute regiment Folgore and with the 185 ° artillery regiment Folgore paratroopers, a series of fire training activities that saw involved the heavy armored squadron and the 1 exploring squadron (the latter is completing the "certification" process as a paratroopers cavalry squadron).

Focus activities ended with a complex and continuous exercise.

Acquire information on opposing objectives, delivery of the latest information collected, guarantee the "link-up" (link and guide) with the bulk of the friendly device, these are the main tasks of paratrooper explorers.

The exercise was a further demonstration of how the "Folgore" brigade exploits every training moment of the dependent units to give fullness to the concepts of "pluriarma" and "tactical autonomy" that today characterize the great elementary units of the armed force.
