An AB 205 helicopter of the 7 ° regiment of the Rimini army, around 11: 30 this morning, carried out a "heavy landing" in the training area during a scheduled training activity, in the Poggio Berni area of Rimini . Of the four crew members, two are currently hospitalized at the Cesena hospital for medical health examinations, the other two at the Rimini hospital. After the first checks, the conditions of the four soldiers involved are not serious.
Following the incident, the army aviation commander immediately ordered the appointment of a flight safety commission in order to determine the causes of the event. The causes of the emergency maneuver are being investigated.
The family members of the military involved have been notified.
