The Rangers of the 4 ° Alpine parachute regiment have successfully completed, as part of the multinational exercise "Swift Response", a series of complex training activities conducted with the departments of NATO countries including the 75 ° Regiment US Ranger.
In this context, the Italian Rangers have jointly developed planning and conducting direct actions activities using rotary wing assets.
The training event, which represented a "first time" in terms of collaboration on the ground between the Italian Special Operations Forces unit and the operators of the prestigious American department, represented a fruitful opportunity to refine the compatibility of the respective procedures and further increase the level of interoperability.
