Five days of competitions and side events, which will see over 1.000 athletes from different allied countries and friends contend for victory in what are known as the "Alpine Winter Olympics".
Among the novelties of this year a hockey game that, already on the evening of Monday 2 February, will see a representative of the Alpine troops face the local Icebears team at the Dobbiaco ice stadium in a meeting whose proceeds, the result of free offers and of a game with prizes also the autographed shirts of the Foxes of Bolzano, winners of the Ebel Cup, will be entirely donated to the South Tyrol Cancer Assistance Association.
