There are 21 young volunteers discharged without demerit employed indefinitely by the USL companies of Bologna and Piacenza (in addition to another 3 with fixed-term contracts), taking advantage of the reserve of 30% of places in public competitions. This is the exceptional result obtained by the Emilia Romagna Army Military Command, particularly significant when referring to the profile of the professionals placed (Healthcare professional collaborator - nurse and medical radiology technician professional collaborator), the result of the constant monitoring and control of the application of the reserve of places in public competitions, conducted by the Placement and Euroformation Section of the Headquarters and collaboration relationships with local authorities.
The mandatory reserve of 30% in the civil employment of public administrations - contained in the article n. 11 of Legislative Decree 8/2014, and in Articles 678 and 1014 of Legislative Decree 66/2010 (Code of the Military Order) was provided by the legislator to facilitate the re-entry into the world of work of discharged volunteers.
The Army Military Command "Emilia Romagna", as part of the initiatives aimed at developing the "employment opportunities" Project, is active daily to facilitate the inclusion in the world of work of the volunteer soldiers who have completed or are terminating the active service in the Forces Armed.
