Winning synergy between IMAS and Compagnia d'Onore

A team of problem solving experts was sent by the Rome-based aerospace medicine institute at the military airport of Centocelle, headquarters of the headquarters of the air crew, for a specific training intervention in favor of the staff of the company of honor , the department of high representation of the AM called to intervene in the most important ceremonies and recurrences of armed force and interforce.

The department operates under the military aeronautical command Rome, a presidium and ceremonial office.

Thanks to the contribution of personnel coming from the General Directorate of Military Welfare, it was also possible to create a mapping of the organizational climate and professional satisfaction, of which the company commander undertakes to take into account in the planning phase future training and training activities.

The aerospace medicine institute of Rome is a highly specialized department responsible, among other things, for certifying the suitability for flight of air force crews, other forces and armed bodies of the state, as well as civilian personnel . At IMAS, in particular moments of emergency, psychological support is also required, by specialized personnel, towards the military and their families. This intervention was carried out, for example, following the tragic accident in the skies of Ascoli, which caused the death of four young Air Force officers.
