It ended on March 4, at the Italian Air Force volunteer school (SVAM) of Taranto, the 1st refresher course for sergeants and graduates of the AM, which was attended by 39 attendees from units of the armed force throughout the national territory.
The course, divided into two phases - one in modality e-learning and one in presence - was recently set up with the aim of providing staff with a minimum seniority of 10 years in the role an update of knowledge in the various areas of competence, with particular reference to the regulatory and legal aspects, logistical-administrative and organizational, and in order to guarantee a level of skills and abilities that are always consistent with regulatory and regulatory developments.
In greeting the attending staff at the end of the course, the commander of the SVAM, Colonel Claudio Castellano, wanted to emphasize, in particular, the commitment, the seriousness and the right proactive spirit highlighted by everyone. A course that thanks to feedback of the visitors can still be improved with a view to ever greater adherence to the needs and challenges of the armed force.
The chief of staff of the AM / 3rd school command, general ba Luigi Casali, also took part in the end-of-course greeting, who after thanking those present for the competence shown, remarked how important it is - for Aeronautica Militare - that the contribution of each role is always maintained at high standards of effectiveness, urging everyone to commit to "to transmit to the youngest the values of maturity, professionalism and continuous improvement that characterize the behavior and daily work of each individual soldier, so that all personnel are oriented towards what are the primary objectives of the Armed Force".
