Interested in the process of selection and training of student pilots, the delegation continued its visit to the AM Selection Center where the commander, Colonel Giuseppe Leonelli, illustrated the methods and screening processes currently in use for the selection of military pilots .
The military aviation has a long experience in the selection and training of personnel, in which it has always been a point of reference at an international level.
