In the past few days, the course for "marksman" was concluded, completed by the Mobile Training Team (MTT) of the Bilateral Support Mission in Niger (MISIN), in favor of the Guard Intervention and Safety Group (GIS) National (GNN).
The Italian trainers, based on the 185th RAO “Folgore” paratrooper regiment of the Italian Army, in two weeks of activity have deepened theoretical and practical aspects to make the visitors acquire the knowledge of the fighting techniques and tactics necessary for the marksman.
At the end of the course, the commander of the mission in Niger, Brigadier General Claudio Dei, attended the closing ceremony, with a demonstration of the notions acquired by the Nigerian students.
