The first "Environmental Crime Investigations" course on environmental protection, carried out by the soldiers of the Carabinieri of MIADIT Palestine 11 in favor of the policemen of the Palestinian Civil Police (PCP), ended in recent days.
The course, carried out as part of the training activities of MIADIT Palestine, born from agreements between the Carabinieri and the Palestinian Civil Police (PCP), aims to provide basic notions to police operators in the protection sector. environmental. The activities were in fact carried out by experts from the Ecological Operating Unit (NOE) of the Environmental Protection Command of the Carabinieri, highly specialized soldiers “for the surveillance, prevention and repression of violations committed to the detriment of the environment”.
