Yesterday, in the skies of Iraq, joint training took place between aircraft from the Air Force and the Iraqi Air Force.
The activity involved two Euro Fighter Italians Italians redeployed in Kuwait, inItalian National Contingent Command Air, and two Iraqi F-16 aircraft.
This is an activity cross training carried out as part of the missions assigned for the multinational operation "Inherent Resolve", which lays the foundations for broader future cooperation and directly contributes to the objectives of NATO Mission Iraq, which involves the development and modernization of the Iraqi Armed Forces.
IT NCC Air is the joint force component established and placed under the Joint Forces Operational Command (COVI), to guarantee unity of command and logistical support of the assets used in Kuwait.
