Telespazio, a joint venture between Leonardo (67%) and Thales (33%), has been awarded by Northrop Grumman Corporation with the Enterprise Supplier Recognition Award, a prize awarded to the suppliers of the US group that have distinguished themselves for extraordinary performances.
During a ceremony held in February in Chantilly, Virginia (USA), Telespazio received the award in the Customer Relationship section for teleport services and support provided to Northrop Grumman.
Through the Fucino Space Center, the most important civil teleport in the world, Telespazio provides satellite and terrestrial communications services between operational theaters and the United States with the highest standards of reliability and safety.
