Samantha Hunt: The inventor of light

Ed. ALET pp. 272 Nikola Tesla, a great scientist and inventor, is told in this splendid book by Samantha Hunt by means of a novel-biography (the original title of the novel is "The invention of everything else"), so a review could begin standard, written in compliance with the rules ... but I don't mind respecting the rules, not for these things!

So how? What is the best way to review a book like this? Review ... that bad term!

Maybe I have to let the case help me, open the book just at random and read a few sentences ...

"as if in the ether all the possibilities were enclosed, waiting to occur or not occur. The time has to make a choice, one way or the other. It can not do both."

Of course, time, one of the subjects of Tesla's studies ... perhaps looking for a way to go back, meet the older brother who may have died because of him ... to save him.

Tesla was born in a small town in Serbia, in Smiljan, Croatia, on the night between 10 and 11 1856 in July, during a violent storm ...

"So, if it is possible to travel in time, how is it that America is not invaded by visitors coming from the future? People want to know ..." but only after advertising!

Therefore, memory is the result of an energetic process, just like thought. It's about electrical impulses, like light, like sound. And we have no difficulty recording light and sound ... "

Memory, thought, soul ... electrical impulses ... and if?!?

Nikola studied engineering in Graz and then, hoping to realize his dream, the AC electric motor, he left for America with only a letter of recommendation in his pocket for a

another great inventor, Thomas Edison.

Thomas Edison, the father of direct current and ...

At Nikola Tesla we owe electricity to AC power and wireless energy transmission and, more or less, all the electrical equipment that today we routinely use without knowing anything about their operation.

Samantha Hunt said of Tesla: "I would like this book to stimulate a new generation of amateur inventors, who also consider themselves artists ..."

What else?

"When I left I left him with his dove ..."

Let yourself be carried away by the story of Louisa Dewell, her father Walter, the crazy Azor, Arthur (from the future?) And Nikola Tesla, who probably still travels into space at all times in the form of energy, its electricity.

Thanks Samantha ... and to you all, friends, good reading!
