"Strade Sicure": thievery in Rome

The caporal major Giuseppe Valenza, graduate of the Grenadiers of Sardinia engaged in the square of Rome in the context of Operation Safe Roads, yesterday had an injured Romanian national arrested by the law enforcement agencies for attempted theft.

The individual was promptly stopped by the grenadier immediately after stealing a wallet from an elderly person near the Basilica of St. John Lateran.
