In the Official Gazette 4th special series n. 15 of 23 February 2016 the Competition was published, based on qualifications and exams, for the admission of 100 Allievi Marshalli of the Air Force to the 19th two-year course (2016-2018).
The substantial novelty of this year is given by the introduction of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 17 December 2015 n ° 207, which came into force on 13 January 2016, with which the physical parameters for the recruitment of personnel in the Armed Forces are established. , thus canceling the height limits imposed to date. To participate in the competition, competitors must meet, among others, the following general requirements:
- be Italian citizens of both sexes;
- have 17 years of age and have not completed 26 years beyond the deadline for submitting applications;
- have achieved or be able to attain at the end of the 2015-2016 school year a secondary school diploma.
The competition procedures are managed through the online competition portal of the Ministry of Defense, while the general knowledge databases will be published on the Italian Air Force website, to allow participants to verify their preparation with the written and oral tests of the previous years, as well as all useful information for the purposes of the competition. The deadline for participation in the competition is set for March 24th. The first test to which the candidates will be subjected is the pre-selection one, with multiple choice quiz suggested. Following the competition includes:
- ascertainment of health and aptitude suitability requirements;
- a written test for ascertaining cultural and intellectual qualities;
- the evaluation of merit degrees.
Students will be enrolled in the 1 degree program in organizational and management sciences at the "Tuscia" University of Viterbo or at one of the graduate courses of the health professions at the branch of Viterbo of the "La Sapienza" University.
