The Italians had arrived last night with a boat guarded from above by a remote piloted aircraft (Predator) of the Italian Air Force.
Arriving at the port of Augusta, some passengers were taken to the military airport of Sigonella (Catania), from where the military aircraft transported them to Pratica di Mare.
