The "Cobalt Cloud 15" exercise, which will end on Sunday 8 March, has two objectives: to be a fundamental step for NCISG to achieve Full Operational Capability as a supplier of CIS services for all Headquarters NATO, and train and evaluate the implementation and delivery of CIS projectable services in support of the NATO Response Force (NRF) Command facility for 2016.
The 9 ° Stormo di Grazzanise from 1 January 2015 carries out Search and Rescue missions with the 21 ° Flying Group, in support of Special Operations with the Air Riflemen, as well as the function of Headquarters in support of the 2nd NATO "Signal Battalion ".
