Alpine skiing world cup: the Frecce Tricolori spread the tricolor in Alta Badia

(To air Force)
17/12/23

This morning, on the occasion of one of the Italian stages of the 38th edition of the Alpine Skiing World Cup, the MB339PAN aircraft of the National Acrobatic Patrol of the Air Force - between the first and second heats of the giant slalom - flew over the Gran Risa slope, in La Villa, spreading the green, white and red of the Italian flag.

In a breathtaking setting, among the majestic Dolomite peaks, the Frecce Tricolori carried out the last flyover of the 64th acrobatic season, renewing that combination of preparation, speed and technology that alpine skiing athletes and Air Force personnel have in common.

A final appointment to seal an aerobatic season which, in the year of the celebration of the Centenary of the Air Force, saw the Frecce Tricolori present in all the Italian capitals with the "AM thanks Italy" initiative and bring the Tricolor aloft and the capabilities of Made in Italy in important events both in Italy and abroad.
