The written test relating to the 27rd internal competition for the recruitment of AM marshals took place on Monday 23 November on the grounds of Guidonia, at the Air Force selection centre.
Thanks to the synergistic effort of the personnel of the selection center and the 60th wing of Guidonia, the activity was conducted for the first time within the new AM Competition Polo, a structure specifically designed and built under the supervision and direction of the 2nd AM engineering department to meet the recruitment needs of Armed Forces military personnel.
In order to respond to the needs of transition to the digital era of public administration, the new AM Competition Polo it was developed according to the most modern criteria of environmental impact reduction, anti-seismic safety and technological modernity. Advanced digitalized systems and cutting-edge information structures will allow a significant evolution of selective processes starting from the first months of 2024, while ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
The AM selection center in Guidonia depends on the AM schools command/3rd air region of Bari. It is responsible for competently creating, implementing and supporting the selection and professional orientation activities of candidates, aimed at identifying the best among them for motivation and aptitudes related to the aerospace dimension, in order to make the Air Force increasingly useful to the community.
