The head of SME meets the French colleague

The official meeting between the Army Chief of Staff, Corps General Danilo Errico and General Jean-Pierre Bosser, Chief of Staff of the French Army ended yesterday.

During the visit, General Errico dealt with various issues of common interest, focusing on new crisis phenomena and the need to share the excellence available to them by their respective armies.

General Jean-Pierre Bosser dealt with the topic of capacitive development of the French Army, closely linked to the "Scorpion" program. A widely developed project based on the exploitation of information and the digitization of the battlefield, in order to make tactical maneuvers more rapid and fluid.

The meeting of senior general officers was an opportunity to renew the common will to intensify the initiatives aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation between the respective organizations and to increase the interoperability of the two armed forces, especially in the field of training and training.

At the end of the meeting, General Jean-Pierre Bosser, expressed his deep appreciation for the visit and the active collaboration between the two armed forces.
