The training activity carried out has had particular operational significance as the mission in Kosovo will have the purpose of supporting, in agreement with the Moldovan, Austrian and Slovenian troops, the local institutions and ensuring a peaceful and safe coexistence of the population regardless of the ethnicity of belonging.

During the exercise, aimed at verifying the operational capabilities of the command posts, the staff of the 3rd regiment, based on the training objectives identified by the superior authorities and the Main Essential Task List (METL) identified by the commander of the unit exercised, was mainly evaluated on planning and production capacity of orders, on monitoring the situation and updating the Common Operational Pictures (COP), on the management of information and emergencies and finally on the issuing of orders.

The Ce.Si.Va constitutes the main reference of the Army for the application of training simulation in the preparation of command posts, staff and units intended for use outside the national territory.
