The brigade command Pinerolo, structured around a digitalised multi-weapon tactical group based on the 82nd "Turin" infantry regiment and reinforced with highly specialized assets from across the Army, conducted different tactical activities, being able to exploit all the advantages generated by the digitalisation of the Command and Control.

The exercise allowed the verification of the interoperability and integration objectives of the new systems Command and Control with a wide range of software acquired and/or developed by the Armed Forces in recent years and is part of the activities aimed at developing the digitalisation of the battlefield.

The Army Chief of Staff, Army Corps General Pietro Serino, welcomed at the Torre di Nebbia range by the commander of the southern operational forces, division general Claudio Minghetti, attended the final day of the exercise and, in greeting the personnel, highlighted that “Today, thanks to the work and enthusiasm of many, the Army is at the forefront in the Command and Control sector”.

General Serino assisted in all phases of the maneuver conducted through the use of the new "Imperio" system for the command post component and the C2DN Evo (Command, Control, Digitalization and Advanced Navigation) software for mobile platforms such as the Medium Armored Vehicle (VBM) Arrow and the Multi-Role Light Tactical Vehicle (VTLM).

The exercise, promoted by the VI C5I Systems department of the EMS, saw the participation of simulation and validation center (Ce.Si.Va.) of the Army.
