For the second time at the summit of the Armed Forces the admiral Riboty will be remembered for his positive action in the reorganization of the administration, for the renewal of the naval instrument and for the setting up and development of important technical studies, lines of action of the his warrant announced on the agenda (6 September) of his settlement.
