28 September 1867 happened: Surveillance for political riots

reconstituted a naval team to carry out surveillance cruises in the Lazio waters following political turmoil provoked in the Papal State by a Garibaldi insurrection.

The team's command is again entrusted to rear-admiral Augusto Riboty who raises the sign on the Prince of Carignano pirated vessel.
