Custoza (Verona), the Archduke Albert, commander of the Austrian army defeats the vanguard of General La Marmora in battle who had wedged between Mantova and Peschiera, forcing her to fall back.

Custoza as Lissa were moments that were not happy for their outcome but fundamental for the organization of the future Italian Armed Forces.
