Freed from taking the fund with the help of push cylinders sent from Naples, the 10 December unit will enter Messina with its own vehicles. A ministerial inquiry has been opened by a commission appointed by the Minister Millo and formed by the vice-admirals Marcello Amero d'Aste Stella, commander in chief of the United Naval Forces, and Ernesto Presbitero.
The damage for the military administration is estimated in 550.000 lire. This is the second San Giorgio sailing accident.
