rimo radiotelegraphic experiment of ground-to-ground connection with Morse code communications over the distance of 3000 m is performed and repeated several times up to the day 13 in Spezia with positive outcome by Guglielmo Marconi who uses a transmitting system with 25 m antenna installed in the yard of entrance to the San Bartolomeo shipyard and a receiving apparatus located in the Command Court (now "Piazzale Bergamini") of the arsenal.

[Guglielmo MARCONI had come to Italy in June at the express invitation of Minister Benedetto Brin to continue the experiments in Italy.]
