07 December 1915 happened: Raid behind the opposing lines

mbre 1915 four Italian torpedo boats, 2PN, 3PN, 6PN and 30AS, under the command of the corvette captain Marco Amici Grossi and using, as pilot, the vessel lieutenant Nazario Sauro, they carry out a daytime bombing of the headquarters building of the Austro army command - Coast office, at the Hotel Park in Sistiana.

The operation is successfully completed despite the reaction of the opposing coastal defenses.
