26 November 1911: Marina's Departure Forces Receive War Banner

Sunday - On the proposal of the Minister of the Navy, Admiral Pasquale Leonardi Cattolica, King Vittorio Emanuele III grants to the Forces from the landing of the Regia Marina the flag of war, decorated with Gold Medal for Military Value "for the daring and heroism demonstrated in the various actions carried out in October 1911 for the occupation of Tripolitania and of Cyrenaica ".
