In light of the need for some countries to maintain good relations with Moscow but not to become an international pariah, let us try to understand how the main "partners" of the Kremlin among world governments are behaving. Let us therefore try to understand something more about the progress of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis starting from the question: who is officially with Putin and has made their decision to recognize the "rebel" governments of Donbass?
The answer is simple: only those who find themselves in the position of "passive customer" of Moscow, being able only to offer political "services" and little else in exchange for material, military, etc. aid.
