Il National Security Archive it declassified what is regarded as the most complete and detailed list of US nuclear strategy that would have been applied had a war with the Soviet Union erupted. In the report, the United States allegedly dropped hydrogen bombs at the civilian population and military infrastructure for the systematic destruction of the Soviet bloc. The studio is called Strategic Air Command Atomic Weapons.

It was delivered in 1959 and written in 1956. It consists of 800 pages. It provides for the systematic destruction of 1100 airports and 1200 inhabited centers divided in order of strategic value. The top priority cities hit with hydrogen bombs would have been Berlin, Moscow and Leningrad. Beijing would also be hit. The study outlines strategies for several target, such as detonation methods to maximize damage and avoid counterproductive fallout.

The study also shows that the United States should have developed a 60 megaton nuclear super bomb. The Super-Nuke proposed to strike Moscow would have been the most powerful ever made by man, far superior to the Russian "ZAR" estimated at 50 megatons.

Here is an excerpt from the study. “Moscow and Leningrad should be subjected to an H-bomb attack because they are strategically essential with their air bases and infrastructure. Moscow is a very high priority target for the entire command line of the Soviet bloc. Leningrad is fundamental in the asset of the USSR ”.

This report was a manual on how to destroy mankind during the Third and probably Last World War.
